I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I only wish I could have included more of the Allen family. Why don't you write a family history? There is a fellow who married a daughter of Dan Atchley that has thoroughly researched the geneology and even has some of the stories. I'll give you his name and number if you will send me an e-mail requesting them.

My Papaw is Allen Atchley Howard and he has read this book and loves it. He remebers all the people mentioned who were around when he was younger. Thankyou for bringing part of my family's history to life for future generations.
